Ann Dibble received her Master’s in Library Science with the Information Management Certificate in 2007 from Emporia State University. She graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A.in Cultural Anthropology in 1985. In between she worked as a reporter, a carpenter, a teacher, and raised her children.
